Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days of purchase (except the pre-orders and custom name orders). We ship Monday through Friday (closed on Saturday, Sunday and all Federal holidays).  Once shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery in US and 

14-21 days for international delivery. 

You will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail after your order was placed from us.

After the the order has shipped, an automated message from the delivery  carrier  (USPS, FedEx, UPS or others) will be sent. It contains a tracking number you can use to track the status of your shipment.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For all US orders, we offer free shipping rate (economy shipping) . 

International economy shipping is $4.99. 

As of now we dont offer any expedited shipping options

HOW DO YOU HANDLE REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS?

We ask that you please provide us with an accurate valid mailing address for us to ship your merchandise to. Please provide us with your apartment number, floor number, or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. 

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping costs. If you would like us to re-ship a package that was returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping costs are to be considered your responsibility.

If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us as undeliverable, a restocking fee may apply.
